Grilled Peaches with Mozzarella and Prosciutto

This recipe is a great summer time snack that mixes both sweet and salty savory flavors. These bite sized snacks are great as a starter before an outdoor dinner that are unique and tasty at the same time.

Directions:

Heat your grill or cast iron Panini pan over a medium high heat while you slice peaches into 12 wedges.

Brush each side of all 12 wedges with cider and place them on the hot grill for 20-30 seconds per side. The goal here is to imprint grill marks and caramelize the cider on the peaches, not to fully cook them.

On Each peach slice, place piece of mozzarella cheese and secure the cheese with a piece of prosciutto around the entire peach. Garnish your peach slices with rosemary sprigs.
